Christmas Chocolatada

Do you want to make underprivileged Peruvian children happy this Christmas?

This year Peru Volunteer and Travel has started fundraising for underprivileged children in Cusco and remote communities that have no access to the typical chocolatada.

The “chocolatada navideña” is a Christmas season tradition celebrated all over Peru. In the week preceding Christmas, groups of people such as communities, organizations and churches gather to organize a Christmas celebration for the less fortunate. They receive a cup of hot chocolate with paneton, a typical sweet bread filled with dried fruits.

You can help us help them by making a contribution to finance this celebration or by donating toys or other small gifts, clothes, or whatever you wish to contribute. If you want to put a smile on the faces of the poor Peruvian children and communities, do not hesitate and contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
